Role Hierarchy
| Role | Tier | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Dev | 1 | Full system access with lockout protection |
| Admin | 2 | Full access to all features and settings |
| Corporate | 3 | View all locations, limited admin functions |
| Director | 4 | Regional oversight, view-only access |
| Regional Director | 5 | Manage assigned regions |
| General Manager | 6 | Full location management |
| Manager | 7 | Day-to-day operations management |
| Supervisor | 8 | Team oversight and approvals |
| Staff | 9 | Complete assigned tasks |
Permission System
Role-Based
Permissions are determined by role tier. Higher tiers inherit permissions from lower tiers.
Location-Scoped
Users are assigned to specific locations or regions, limiting data visibility.
