The bottle catalog maintains a master list of all spirits, beers, and wines. Each entry includes product details, vendor information, and pricing for accurate cost tracking.

Location Bar Inventory

Each location tracks its own bar inventory with bottle counts and percentage-based pour levels.

Current Level

Track open bottles by fill percentage (100%, 75%, 50%, 25%). Converts to standard bottle equivalents for ordering.

On Hand Count

Full bottle count in storage, plus open bottles on the bar. Automatically calculates total inventory value.

PAR Levels & Reordering

Set target stock levels for each product. When inventory falls below PAR, the system generates reorder suggestions with quantities to bring you back to target.
