First Login & Setup

What to expect when you first access your BeTS instance.

Accessing Your Instance

  1. Navigate to your BeTS URL (e.g., yourcompany.betsapp.app)
  2. Click "Sign In" and enter your credentials
  3. If using SSO, click your identity provider button
  4. Complete any two-factor authentication if enabled

Setup Wizard

First-time admins will see a setup wizard that guides you through:

Organization name and details
Creating your first region
Adding your first location
Inviting initial users
Enabling core modules

After Setup

Once setup is complete, you'll land on your dashboard. From there, explore the sidebar navigation to access different modules, or visit Admin settings to further configure your instance.
