By accessing or using BeTS (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

BeTS is a Backend Tracking System designed for entertainment venue operations. The Service includes features for checklist management, inventory tracking, maintenance work orders, event operations, arcade management, and customizable dashboards.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account.

Subscription and Billing

The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Billing terms are established in your service agreement. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan.

Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you enter into the Service. Each customer receives a dedicated database instance—your data is never shared with or accessible to other customers. You may export your data at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Transmit any malicious code or harmful content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. Enterprise customers may have specific SLA guarantees outlined in their service agreements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeTS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
