Daily Inspections

Digital inspection checklists ensure every kart is checked before entering service. Issues found during inspection automatically flag the kart and can create maintenance requests.

Standard Inspection Points

  • Tire condition and pressure
  • Brake function and pad wear
  • Steering responsiveness
  • Seat and harness security
  • Battery charge (electric)
  • Bumper attachment
  • Body damage check
  • General cleanliness

Failed Inspections

When an inspection item fails, the kart is automatically marked "Out of Service" until the issue is resolved. Photo evidence can be required for documentation.

Maintenance Scheduling

Time-Based PM

Schedule preventive maintenance based on calendar intervals (weekly brake checks, monthly full service, etc.).

Usage-Based PM

Trigger maintenance based on lap counts or runtime hours (e.g., tire rotation every 500 laps).
